Did ground school in coventry and was really happy, definatly the best. Great instructors. Houses provided were good.

Did flying in NZ, when actually flying was really good but did take 11months to complete my training instead of the 7.5 expected. Scheduling was slow and I was never consitently booked in with a primary instructor. For the advanced phase (twin engine CPL) I had 23 instrucotrs for 31 lessons. Although instructors were good it was very dofficult to build a reletionship were we knew what needed extra practise.

For my IR I got sent to PFA in Norway amd that was great! But that was nothing to do with L3s running of it.

Major negetives are that they have lied multiple times to me about their responsibilities and contracts and are always trying  to get more money from you. If you go in as a white tail ypu are the bottem of their priority list. They will delay you for the sakes of tagged cadets so it I (and my coursemates) had 42 weeks of delays.

It also takes ages for replies to emails and they pass you around to new people constantly.

If I could do my time again I wouldn’t  go to L3.
