I joined AFTA back in 2018 straight from school. I joined due to feedback I saw from previous students as well as seeing the facilities. Since day one they make you feel welcome and are all very easy going. If you’re struggling to find accommodation they will always help find u a place. I found ATPLS the hardest to get through but the instructors were always there to help. The facilities were good when I started but they have gotten even better throughout my training and since I finished, with a new diamond sim and a 737-8200 sim. They all really want you to do well it’s not just a job for them. I was unlucky to not get a job straight away but everyone in AFTA was doing everything they could to get me a second go. I was offered extra sims to keep me current as well as constant emails of other airlines I was applicable for. When I received an invitation for an interview they got me ready by giving me as many HR, tech and sim sessions needed u till they felt I was ready. I couldn’t recommend this school enough.
