I opted for AFTA due to its reputation and the Ryanair mentored program. My expectations were exceeded throughout the training process. Following the initial 10 sessions with the Cessna, I could booked two sessions per day due to the ample availability of both aircraft/simulator and instructors. The operations team deserves commendation for their efficiency in accommodating with your booking requests. Consequently, I completed my CPL/ME/IR within approximately seven weeks during winter. Transitioning to the MCC courses was fast, with  minimal delay, just enough to work on ground and flight profile. As part of the mentored program, I underwent a 40hours MCC APS on a 737 simulator (AFTA got two of them , one NG and one MAX). The training was rigorous, yet the instructors were great, ensuring a high standard upon course completion. Moreover, they diligently prepared me for the Ryanair assessment, leaving no room for surprises during the interview, resulting in a successful outcome.
