Simtech Aviation were very friendly right from the start and all the way through training. When talking with Linda to book myself in for the course we exchanged several emails, and she was very informative and kind.

The theory instruction was provided and I was part of a class of 6 which was quite small, The manuals provided were still in revision because we were the second course on the APS but it was still very good, and had all the information required for the course. The instructors were really good, and the CRM training especially was fun while being informative.

The simulator was brand new, but due to this they were having various technical issues while getting it to operate perfectly. By the final week everything was working perfectly and the technicians had it working to a T. 

The simulator instructors were all very experienced and gave many many tips throughout the course to us which definitely improved my flying ability.

The only downside to me was that some sim slots were very late into early morning sometimes.

Overall I would highly recommend Simtech Aviation for any course.
