I did my UPRT(A) at FPT in February 2020. From sign-up to course completion they where communicative and on the ball. Situated at Brighton City Airport with views of the field from the social room is great. Classroom teaching was a good mix of repetition of ATPL theory put in context of UPRT together with own insights and experiences gathered from the industry. We where four students with varying experience but all agreed that it was a very informative and good way to approach the subject. Flying was sadly a bit hampered by weather and we got delayed a couple of days, but the instructors came every day and we waited for the openings we needed and got the flights done so everyone could leave with their course complete. The flying itself is what this course is all about and I can honestly say that this is the best flying in a limited time that I have ever done. You learn so much about your own and an aircrafts capabilities in this short time! Highly recommend this course to everyone who needs an UPRT, but in reality every pilot should have this course to increase safety and confidence.
