It took me almost 12 months to complete ppl training I was available full time.  Poor student management not enough aircraft poor management when it comes to booking slots at the time there was a massive backlog of students people not finishing on time. Student support from instructors not great either. How fast you finish depends on the instructor you get.  Poor management of aircraft maintenance sometimes two thirds of the fleet were in maintenance when there was perfect flying weather.  You constantly have to push them to be booked. A lot of internal exams which is good but very little support when it comes to preparation.  Theoretical classes were a joke only one instructor out of five that were doing them did a good job. SOP’S and modern fleet are the strong point of this flight school.
