Having moved from Stapleford due to slow progress and unreliable aircraft I was very impressed. Acs has professionally run administrative processes. With detailed student records and a good plan for their students. Good training materials, student facilities and sop’s. I completed the remainder of my cpl in a week. One instructor to myself who was very focused on achieving a good flying program for me. I flew with Sheldon who couldn’t do enough for me and was a pleasure to fly with. I flew 1-2x per day. The aircraft was nice and had been through its 50hr Mx before I arrived. Perth airport is a great place to fly. The airspace is relaxed meaning you can make progress, but there is Aberdeen and Dundee nearby for exposure to controlled. Flying in terrain is a good experience and navigation is more challenging. I spoke to ME IR instructors and students while I was there and all were having a great experience at acs. The admin staff are kind and helpful. Highly recommend.
