I was recommended to do my ME-IR and MEP renewals with FTL as they can do UK and EASA renewals.

I enquired for a refresher course and FTL were very flexible with my work commitments. 

The refresher Simulator training was done in a brand-new DA42 simulator which is very similar to the aircraft FTL has – it’s very accurate, clean and well looked after.

The aircraft is a DA42NG – a well maintained aircraft which has been taken care of. Very nice to fly and my instructor was very friendly and informative. Elstree is a small aerodrome with certain noise abatement procedures to follow which my instructor guided me on.

I was given the full confidence to conduct my Skills Test which I passed. I’m thankful for FTL in providing a great refresher program for me.

FTL continue to support me during my applications which have been a smooth (albeit it – a bureaucratic!) process with the regulators. 

I highly recommend this flying school. The atmosphere is very friendly with all the students and instructors. Any queries I had were dealt with and the support is excellent. Thanks to Ivan and his colleagues, I wish you all well!
